Join me at The STUDIO, a large, warm, space nestled in the quiet village of Holton Le Clay, Grimsby for my evening exhale sound bath relaxation session.
I’ll start with a short introduction, sharing what to expect and the instruments I’ll be using. Then we'll ground ourselves with some breath work and drumming before you get comfortable and relax. The soothing tones and vibrations of the instruments will guide you into a deeply meditative state, helping to release tension and restore balance.
There will be time at the end of every session to pull some oracles cards that are a helpful tool for guidance when needed.
