Awaken Your Medicine is a restorative retreat day to help you do exactly that, awaken your path to true wellbeing through a blend of therapies, practices and nature based experiences.
Led by local therapists and creatives, the day is designed to awaken your joy, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you to what really matters. Whether you’re seeking inspiration, rest, or healing, this could be your moment to discover what truly feels like medicine for you.

Transformational Therapies

• Nourishing Lunch - A wholesome, plant based meal to refuel

• Wild Sauna –Wood fired hot tub, sauna & cold plunge
• Integration Circle - Reflective check in & heartfelt gratitude
over herbal teas
