​10:30 AM · Instructor-Led Mat Pilates by KZ Pilates
A guided full-body Mat Pilates session focused on strength, mobility, posture, and recovery. Open to all levels. Mats will be provided for approved attendees.

​11:00 AM - 11:30 AM · Networking and Departure
