The Embodied Man - Mens CircleThe Embodied Man is a bi-weekly circle devoted to teaching somatic practices for nervous system regulation, honest conversation, and grounded brotherhood. Through qi-gong, breathwork, and sound meditation, we learn how to steady ourselves in the face of life’s pressure rather than suppress what we feel. Through heart centered sharing we create a clearer path toward emotional honesty and personal accountability.
This is a place to speak openly about relationships, spirituality, purpose, work, and the realities of being a man today. We share what is real. We practice healthy rituals. We set clear intentions. We build strength from the inside out.
