Yoga with Erika

Join us on April 18th for a rejuvenating yoga experience led by Erika Hill, founder of Studio Lotus Yoga and leader of the Ritual Monthly Movement class. With a background as a registered nurse working in emergency and oncology care, Erika brings a deeply grounded, life-centered perspective to her teaching—rooted in the belief that we should truly live each day to its fullest.

This in-person class is open to all levels. Erika’s relaxed, welcoming style makes it easy to unwind, stretch, and reconnect through simple movement and breathwork.
