A Neuroscience-Based Journey to Physical, Mental & Spiritual Healing

In this transformative 2-hour experience, you will first learn the foundations of The E.L.L.A. Method™:

Bring awareness to the physical, mental, and spiritual burdens that may be holding you back.

Discover what your body, emotions, and life experiences have been trying to teach you.
L – Love to Liberate
Transform pain, struggle, and resistance into self-compassion, wisdom, and growth.
A – Align to Activate
Create alignment between your healing and one meaningful goal you are ready to move toward.
After completing the guided workbook, we will transition into a powerful meditation where you will focus on a single goal, challenge, or area of healing that you wish to transform. Through visualization and intention-setting, you will create a clear pathway for your mind and body to follow.
We will then move into a transformational breathwork journey designed to help release stored stress, emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and nervous system overload, allowing the work of the E.L.L.A. Method to move from awareness into embodiment.

How to Prepare
To receive the maximum benefit from this experience:
✔ Avoid heavy meals for at least 2–3 hours before the session
✔ Stay well hydrated throughout the day
✔ Limit alcohol and recreational substances for 24 hours beforehand
✔ Wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted breathing and movement
✔ Come with one specific goal, challenge, or area of healing you would like to focus on during the session.

🧘 Yoga mat or exercise mat
🛏 Blanket (you may become cold during breathwork)
👁 Eye mask or small towel to cover your eyes
🧦 Warm socks
🧥 Light sweater, hoodie, or layers
💧 Water bottle
📝 Journal and pen (optional)
