About this Event
The District House is a weekly gathering and core benefit of District216. Guests are welcome to arrive for part or all of the evening to meet community members, connect with visiting speakers, and engage in thoughtful conversations across psychedelics, wellness, creativity, and conscious culture. 💜
Interactive Workshop: "BlissIn Out: Mindful Movement & Music"
Description: We’ll move, shake, stretch, breathe, sing, and Bliss Out. This multi-layered and dynamic experience balances buoyancy and depth, energy and calm. Expect to leave feeling open, lifted, and embodied. This merges the healing and performing arts. Come with an open heart and open mind.
We will be hosting this event outside in our Courtyard, so please dress accordingly. Bring a yoga mat for extra comfort.
When: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 from 5pm to 9pm (Workshop at 6:30pm)
Where: LoDo Studios, 216 E. Gutierrez Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
(Please only park across the street on the Office Max side of the lot.)
Members are Free to attend The District House evenings, and are prioritized when we reach capacity.
Guests Welcome to purchase $25 tickets to The District House evenings.
Note: We will not be filming the workshop. Refreshments provided.

events of loss or theft.
4. I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE BlissIn Out Inc., its owners, organizers, instructors,
employees, and host venues including District 216, and LoDo Studios and their managing agent from any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind resulting from
or related to my participation in their classes, events, workshops, or other activities. By taking part in this event or other activities, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, events, workshops, or other activities.
5. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content and I amlegally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

Nika Antuanette is a Dancer, Yoga Instructor (200 RYT), & Founder of BlissIn Out. Since 2022, she has brought her uplifting and grounding movement & meditation to events in NYC and beyond. She has taught coast-to-coast sharing movement & meditation modalities that connect people to the highest version of themselves. @blissin.out
In 2024, Nika choreographed and danced in the multimedia dance show, Terms & Conditions, (Culture Lab LIC), produced by Moving Dance Company. Moving Dance Company received a Queens Council on the Arts Grant for the dance film, Hologram. She continues to add elements of dance and choreography to BlissIn Out experiences. Jeremy Cone is a composer, songwriter, director, and multimedia artist. His high vibrational music serves as a soundtrack to the journey of each BlissIn Out experience. He wrote the music & lyrics and created visuals for Moving Dance Company’s 2024 show Terms & Conditions. His artwork has been displayed at Culture Lab LIC, GreenPoint Gallery, Electric Lodge (LA), Assemblage Gallery (Boston), and in site specific locations throughout this great city. @jeremycone
