"Ask Kathryn" - October 2026

You're invited to Kathryn's monthly gathering at La Lieff Wines in Santa Barbara for an evening of authentic connection, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Each month, Kathryn hosts a free gathering where you're invited to pause, reflect, and connect through thoughtful conversation about the transitions, decisions, and "next chapters" we all face.
And this October, we're trying something on. 🎃
What if choosing your Next Chapter were a little more like choosing a Halloween costume?
Think about it.
As children, Halloween gave us permission to become someone completely different for a night.
A princess.
A superhero.
A rock star.
A witch.
Someone brave, glamorous, powerful, mysterious—or completely ridiculous.
We didn't need to know whether it was practical.
We just tried it on.
As adults, we still "dress up" every day.
The executive.
The caretaker.
The expert.
The responsible one.
The person who has it all figured out.
The person everyone can count on.
Some of those roles fit beautifully.
Others may have fit once...but perhaps we've outgrown them.
Together, we'll explore:
✨ The roles and identities you "wear" every day and which still feel like you
✨ What you may have outgrown without realizing it
✨ The possibilities you've dismissed because they didn't seem like "you"
✨ Why experimentation can reveal more than overthinking ever will
✨ What you might discover if you gave yourself permission to try something on without needing to keep it
Because sometimes "that's not me" really means "that's not who I've been."
And those are two very different things.
