With it being the middle of lent and the beginning of Passover and we will show you how to cure your very own Gravlox (Salmon). To twist the classic accoutriments, we will also make Dill Dream Cheese from scratch To top it off we will make some soft deli style rye bread. This class is an event! It is packed with really cool preparations and fun! You will even take home your own specialty board to keep and serve on in the future. It is 12" round and additional boards can be purchased for only 15.00 more in case you want to serve individual boards when you do this at home.
