The Cosy Collage Club- Wintertime Wellbeing!

Despite the festivities, winter can be a time of loneliness and sadness, with the dark, cold weather impacting our mood and the ending of another year causing us to reflect more deeply on our lives.

Join us to explore these feeling in a safe, cozy environment. Using creativity as our tool for exploration and healing.

Faciliator Lauren Temple, will provide all the materials and activities, with some art-theaphy inspired warm-up exerises before the main collageing activity.

The cafe will be open to order any hot drinks and snacks.

The workshop will be held in The Waiting Room Cafe: Gate to the left of A4 Studios / The Engine Shed (just look for the five flags).
