Dating isn’t just about finding the right person—it’s about showing up with awareness, confidence, and intention.

The Connection Series: Men and Dating is a men’s workshop designed to help you build practical relationship skills, understand your dating patterns, and engage in honest, meaningful conversations with other men in a supportive group setting—whether you’re single, in a relationship, or somewhere in between.

The series is facilitated by Melissa Miranda, LMFT, NCC, Certified PREP Instuctor, who has been teaching relationship workshops in the community for about 7 years. Melissa brings extensive experience helping individuals and couples strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate dating with clarity and intention. With this workshop her goal is to help men from all walks of life navigate dating and relationships, learn more about how they show up in their relationships, and how to communicate and manage conflict in a healthy way (skills many of us do not learn).
