It becomes a rhythm that shapes your 🧠 nervous system, your 😴 sleep, your 💗 heart, your 🌬️ breath — and the way you move through the world.
Many caregivers don’t call it burnout.
They call it getting through.
They call it being needed.
They call it normal.
But over time, the holding can become heavy 🪨. The giving can become constant 🔁. And the caregiver — the one who keeps going — can slowly disappear inside the task of care.
