What to expect:

🧘‍♀️ A gentle, grounding Yoga session with Samantha Burlton – suitable for all levels.

🔔 A dreamy Sound Bath experience with Peter Ison – lie back and let the sound vibrations work their magic (You might drift off, but that's perfectly OK).

🥗 A healthy, nourishing lunch – because wellness starts on the inside too.

This isn’t just for Lincoln Business Club members – it’s open to anyone who fancies a little mid-morning magic and a chance to reconnect with themselves.

• A yoga mat (if you have one – we’ll have spares too)
