- Develop a clear conceptual framework for working with confidence issues.
- Learn a range of practical tools and structured interventions that can be applied immediately in both personal development and professional practice.
- Practise key techniques in a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Tools and techniques included
During the session, we will introduce and practise:
- The Pause Intervention – building awareness and interrupting unhelpful patterns
- The Solution-Focused Model – shifting attention toward strengths and preferred futures
- The SHINE Model – a structured framework for developing confidence
- The Swish Intervention – reshaping internal representations
- The Future Memory Intervention – strengthening confident future self-imagery
- The ‘Crazy Eight’ Model – expanding flexible thinking and behavioural options
This workshop is practical, experiential, and designed to leave you with immediately usable tools — whether for personal growth or for enhancing your work with clients.
