The Bridge: An Awakening Practice

You're invited to explore awakening through this experimental workshop. In every moment, duality and oneness exist simultaneously. We experience ourselves as distinct individuals, and at the same time, we are part of a unified field of consciousness. This experimental workshop offers a pathway to bridge between these states.

Through guided meditation, heart-opening breathing practice, and partnered and group contemplative work, we'll explore bridging into the awakening that is always arising.

What We'll Do:

• Heart-opening breathing practice
• Partnered contemplative practice
• Guided meditation into the collective soul and cosmos
• Group integration and reflection

What's Required: An open mind and a willingness to explore opening your heart. No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Creating Sacred Space: To maintain a clear energetic container for everyone, please refrain from using cannabis or other non-prescription substances before attending. Prescription medications are completely welcome.
