HAPPY NEW YEAR!We’re opening the new year with an evening designed to help you release the weight of the past and step into 2026 with clarity. This experience begins with a guided breathwork session — a powerful, active practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep mental reset.
After breathwork, you’ll settle into a restorative sound bath led by our musicians, letting the tones of gongs, crystal bowls, and voice support the integration of everything you’ve released. Held inside the cathedral, this gathering offers a rare moment of spaciousness and grounding at the start of the year. Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. 🌌
What Is Breathwork? 💨
Breathwork is a guided, intentional breathing practice that uses specific rhythms to help the body release stored tension and emotional buildup. Unlike gentle meditation-style breathing, this technique activates the nervous system in a deliberate way, allowing stuck energy to move and creating space for clarity, calm, and emotional release.
Many participants experience tingling, warmth, waves of emotion, or a deep sense of relief as the practice unfolds. The session concludes with a cathartic group release — optional, but often profoundly freeing. 🔥
