Breaking Point Summer Run Series

You asked, we delivered.

Breaking Point is taking it to the streets this summer. No gym, no equipment, just you, the city, and the people next to you.

We're hosting a Summer Run series across four dates, two iconic South West London routes, and two great meet-up spots for pre and post run vibes. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, this is YOUR community. Everyone shows up, everyone moves, everyone leaves better than they walked in.

The Dates & Locations:

🏃 13th June & 5th September 2026

📍 Jargo, New Kings Road — Fulham Pier Route

🏃 25th July & 22nd August 2026

📍 Kiju Coffee House — Battersea Park Route

The Run:

📏 5km Social Run

🕘 Meet: 9:00am | Start: 9:30am

🎟️ Free entry — just show up (but please register so we have an idea on numbers for each run).

Three Pace Groups:

👟 Easy Social — ~40 min finish. Take it steady, soak it in, enjoy the run.

👟 Steady Social — 30–35 min finish. Comfortable effort, good rhythm, great company.

👟 Tempo Social — 20–25 min finish. Push the pace, still with your people.

Whatever your level, there's a group for you. No one runs alone, no one gets dropped.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR PARTICIPATING

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in any BREAKING POINT event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This is a legally binding agreement.Failure to read or understand these terms does not exempt you from them.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in BREAKING POINT events involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Injury
• Illness
• Accident
• Death

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur.

2. HEALTH DECLARATION

By attending, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to participate
• You have no known medical conditions that would make participation unsafe
• You will seek medical advice where necessary
• You may withdraw from participation at any time

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge BREAKING POINT, including its:

• Founders
• Staff
• Coaches
• Contractors
• Volunteers
• Partners
• Venue operators

from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action.

This includes (without limitation):

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Any incident occurring during or related to the event
• Events outside the reasonable control of BREAKING POINT

Exception: This waiver does not apply in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

4. AGE REQUIREMENT

Participants must be 18+.

If under 18:

• A parent or legal guardian must purchase the ticket
• The guardian confirms consent and fitness to participate
• The guardian accepts full responsibility
• The guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the participant

5. MEDIA CONSENT

You acknowledge that BREAKING POINT may:

• Film
• Photograph
• Record

events for marketing and promotional purposes.

By attending, you grant irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be used without compensation or time restriction.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify staff.

6. COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive:

• Event-related emails
• Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. TICKETS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• All tickets are non-refundable
• Tickets may be transferred at your own discretion
• No refunds for non-attendance, lateness, illness, injury, or personal circumstances
• Refunds are only issued if BREAKING POINT cancels the event
• If cancelled, you will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• A ticket transfer (at our discretion)
• Event details may be changed without liability

8. CONDUCT

You agree to:

• Behave respectfully
• Follow all instructions from staff

BREAKING POINT reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry
• Remove participants without refund

if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a BREAKING POINT event, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this agreement
• You voluntarily accept all terms
• This waiver applies to all BREAKING POINT events unless stated otherwise
