The Boursin® Care-staurant – A Christmas Dining Experience

To celebrate the start of the Christmas season, Boursin® is launching the ‘Care-staurant’, a limited-time festive pop-up dining experience in the heart of London on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December. In support of FoodCycle - a charity dedicated to feeding the hungry and lonely in our communities with surplus food that would otherwise go to waste. Guests will enjoy a four-course, restaurant-quality meal for just a £5 donation, with donations tripled by Boursin® and donated on your behalf to FoodCycle.

Set in an intimate, festive setting, at Fare restaurant based in Old St, London, the menu below showcases the irresistible taste and versatility of Boursin® Cheese for just £5.

Starter:

Festive Smoked Salmon Bruschetta: Delicate smoked salmon layered with Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, capers, and micro cress

Vegetarian Option: Festive Cranberry & Chestnut Bruschetta with Boursin® Garlic & Herbs and wild blossom honey

Main Course:

Christmas Risotto: Velvety risotto rice with creamy Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, Brussels sprouts, pancetta, and chestnuts

Vegetarian Option: Velvety risotto with creamy Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, Brussels sprouts, and honeyed parsnips

Dessert:

Chocolate Brownie with Boursin® Black Pepper Chantilly: A decadently rich, chocolatey treat topped with a light and peppery Chantilly cream

Cheese Board:

To complete the experience, guests will enjoy a Boursin® Cheese Board featuring a variety of flavours, including Boursin® Garlic & Herbs, Boursin® Truffle, and Boursin® Black Pepper, served with crackers.

Unfortunately, due to the set-up of this immersive event, the above set menu is not able to be altered or substituted in line with individual dietary requirements.

Terms and conditions

· Tickets for this experience are subject to availability, based on a first-come-first-served basis.

· Bel UK Ltd, Quinton Court, 98 London Road, TN13 1BA are the promoter.

· Tickets are available for £5. For every £5 ticket sold Bel UK Ltd will donate an extra £15 which will be donated to FoodCycle on your behalf, with an additional top-up donation to reach £10,000 total. Bel UK Ltd will make no profit from this event.

· In the case of a cancellation, your donation will not be refunded. Your £5 donation will still go to FoodCycle.

· Tickets are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.

· All guests must be aged 18 or over at the time of booking.

· Any guest may only purchase a maximum of two tickets. For groups of more than two guests, please ask additional guests to book tickets separately.

· Please check our allergen and accessibility policies ahead of booking.

· If, for any reason you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking via the Eventbrite platform so that another guest may attend in your place.

· Boursin® reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, reschedule or cancel this event for any given reason.

· Boursin® reserves the right to deny entry to this event for any given reason. In the event of any dispute, Boursin’s® decision is final.

· When claiming tickets, your personal data will be stored in accordance with all current data protection legislation. Boursin® will only use your personal data for the purposes of administering this event and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Personal data relating to guests will be deleted 30 days after the event has taken place. We will only share your data with our fulfilment partners for the purposes of this event.
