Chef Atifa Prinsloo brings over 22 years of international culinary experience with prestigious establishments such as JW Marriott, Shangri-La Hotel, Palazzo Versace, Hyatt Regency & Disneyland Resort Hong Kong. A dedicated educator, she served as Culinary & Hospitality Academic Lead at LaSalle College Vancouver, earning Teaching Excellence Accolades. She has been with Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa as a Cuisine Chef Instructor since 2024, bringing leadership, precision, and a passion for culinary excellence to the next generation of chefs. Chef Atifa is also a member, mentor, and judge with the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and Culinary Team Canada, continuing to shape the culinary industry through mentorship and expertise.
