A soft, reflective experience for women turning 30—therapist-led conversation, guided journaling, and a creative mapping activity.
About this Event

This experience is an invitation to slow down and come back to yourself.
Designed as a soft, intentional space for women, this gathering blends healing, reflection, and gentle luxury. Together, we’ll move through guided reflection, creative exercises, and therapist-led conversation facilitated by Shanti, creating room for honesty without pressure, comparison, or fixing.
We’ll explore themes many women quietly carry:
-Letting go of timelines and expectations
-Body changes, relationships, and money
-Identity shifts and redefining success
-Grieving your 20s (or earlier versions of yourself) without shame
Through intention setting and our Soft Launch Map (More of / Less of / Protecting / Exploring), you’ll leave with clarity, grounded goals, and a deeper sense of self-trust.
The experience includes shared lunch, snacks, and refreshments, as well as a journal and pen to support reflection. Expect warmth, gentleness, meaningful conversation, and space to simply be—no performing required.

About Brown Gyal Diary

Brown Gyal Diary is an international organization creating a space that contributes to the mental wellbeing of Indo-Caribbean young women. Through collective action, we are exploring cultural identity to better understand ourselves. Through creative content, community engagement, and advocacy projects, we are defining what it means to be Indo-Caribbean through our own stories. Indo-Caribbeans reside all over the world; some of which have the ability to belong, and some of us are positioned in parts of the world where we have no access to cultural understanding or unity within our community. Brown Gyal Diary provides both worldwide awareness through our digital footprint and affirmative action through our desire to provide a safe space for Indo-Caribbean women.
