About this Event
What happens when ayam bakar meets Caesar, or tempeh sits next to gochujang? You get seven borders on the table.
This is a 3-course, 7-dish dinner that takes Indonesian classics and pairs them with cuisines from across the globe — American, Indian, Korean, West African, Japanese, Thai, and Spanish. Each dish is a conversation between two culinary traditions, and somehow, it works.
End the night with a Jamu shot and a plate of Pisang Goreng Churros.
