Alice Cheongdam Takes Over MO BAR, Singapore

On Thursday, 2 July 2026, from 8pm to 11pm, MO BAR, Singapore welcomes Seoul's acclaimed Alice Cheongdam, ranked #13 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025 and recipient of the Nikka Highest Climber Award 2025, for a one-night-only guest shift.

Led by General Manager Mason Park and Senior Bartender Pablo Han, the team will bring their signature theatrical flair and inventive cocktail craftsmanship to Singapore. 

Guests can enjoy four cocktails crafted for the evening, including fruity Hippity Hoppity featuring gin, ice wine, apricot, kiwi and camellia or the tropical Face to Vase, which marries gin and sake with mango, coriander and eucalyptus. Opt for savoury Quack Quack, featuring duck-fat whisky, sweet potato, balsamic and stout beer, and earthy Foggy Fongo, which blends sherry wine, frankincense and mushroom with Macallan. Each cocktail is priced at S$26++.
