Jose Cordon, known as CordonConcepts, is the Poet Laureate of Antioch, California, and founder of Grassroots Poetry. As a poetic artist and entrepreneur, he has helped develop impactful arts programs across Contra Costa County and has been featured in billboard campaigns, documentaries, and an award-winning short film. With millions of online views, Cordon has performed for leading institutions nationwide. He currently serves as Artist in Residence at Los Medanos College and Lead Facilitator for the Youth Arts Connection.
