The Autumn Equinox Alchemy Circle: Release, Rest & Create

The Autumn Equinox is nature's moment of perfect balance. It is a time to honor your growth, take stock of where you are, and unapologetically drop what no longer fits.

Join me at the Metta Center of St. Pete for a 3-hour Saturday evening circle. This is a dedicated space to cut through the noise, reset your energy, and architect the rest of your year on your own terms. As the sun sets, we will sit down together and do the real work.

The Experience:

• The Harvest: We start by settling into the room and taking an honest look at your current energy. Through grounding work, we will gather the information on what is working and pinpoint the exact static and heavy patterns you need to drop.
• The Release: You get to lay back, close your eyes, and let go. I will lead you through a profound guided meditation to bypass the overthinking mind, clear out the heavy energy, and dismantle what is keeping you stuck.
• The Reflection: Coming out of the meditation, we will take quiet time to journal. This is where you process your experience and capture the new insights, clarity, and knowledge that surface once the old weight is gone.
• The Reset: With your new clarity in hand, we will use an immersive sound journey to completely settle your nervous system. You will lay back one more time to let your mind and body integrate the shift.
• The Creation: We will take that fresh, cleared state and bring it into the physical world. We will gather together to build a hands-on Fall craft, created entirely from your new perspective. You will take this home as a physical, sensory anchor to lock in your alignment.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing you can easily relax and create in.
• A journal and your favorite pen.
• A water bottle to stay hydrated.

Metta Center of St. Pete is located in the Faith Professional Plaza in between 45th & 46th St. S off Central Ave. Parking is free on the side streets and behind the building. Unit F1 is the 2nd door from Central Ave, located facing 46th St. S.
