Learn to take your yoga classes to the next level through the art of sequencing. This course is designed for existing Yoga teachers preferably from a flow discipline looking to deepen their understanding of yoga asana sequencing and class delivery.
The course is undertaken over 40 hours, 32 in person with some pre-work, work during the course and post course.
Location: YV Summertown, Oxford
Complete this course on its own or as part of the 100hr Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (which includes the art of sequencing, the art of assists (40hrs) and mastering complex asanas for yoga teachers (20hrs)
