Free CPR and Defibrillator training course for Summertown residents and businesses.You do not need any previous training or experience to take part.
Spaces are limited to 20 people, our previous events have filled up very quickly.
All our Free training events are paid for by our Charity to help increase local training and save ultimately save lives.

The course is being run by the wonderful people at First For Safety Oxford.
It is a 90 minute course and we are expected to be all finished just before 8pm.
This popular awareness course is designed to give members of the public the confidence to perform effective CPR and access and use an AED safely and with confidence. It’s suitable for anyone aged 8 years and over.
During a cardiac arrest, CPR is extremely important to keep the brain oxygenated. If a casualty does NOT receive effective CPR within around 4 minutes of their heart stopping they are, at best, likely to suffer irreversible brain damage. That’s why this course covers effective CPR too.
