Our Flow, Release, Rest Yoga Intensive is a 25 hour course is for teachers with a 200hr Yoga Teaching Qualification or for those interested in exploring the practice more deeply. Over 2 days, the course will cover the basic principles of Flow, Release, Rest which contains elements of Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. You’ll learn how to sequence a class that combines these elements as well as tools for teaching this type of practice. The 25 hours comprise of: 2 days of in person tuition, pre-course reading, homework and an optional assessment.
