Making time for relaxation is vitally important in managing stress how we feel on a day-to-day basis and our longer-term health. With our busy lives and never ending to do lists however it's often not a priority. This extended class prioritises your rest relaxation and restoration.

This extended class is for:

- All levels including complete beginners.

- Anyone looking to benefit from the calming benefits of yoga

This extended class will include:

- Floor-based restorative yoga poses holding each for 5 mins

- Props such as bolsters and pillows to support the body

- Finishing with a long guided relaxation

Expect to leave feeling:

- Physically more relaxed and as we let go of muscular tension.

- Mentally calmer as we release mental stresses and tensions.
