About this Event
Escape the stress of the week and immerse yourself in a transformative experience with our monthly friday night Sound Bath and Yin Yoga session. Designed to help you unwind, calm your mind, and soothe body tension, this evening promises to be a perfect blend of yoga and sound healing.
Special Offer: Book early by 29th November take advantage of our early bird discount offer with discount code EarlyBird.
As it’s December, we’ll bring a touch of warmth and celebration to close our evening. You’ll be treated to a cosy mulled tea and a delicious Christmas treat, crafted to nourish and uplift as we honor the season’s spirit of stillness and joy.
What to Expect -
- Yin Yoga: Focuses on deep releasing, slow, and relaxing movements to unwind both body and mind. The meditative nature of Yin yoga helps calm the mind and release physical and emotional tension, making it easier to enter a deeply relaxed and immersive state during the sound bath. All postures are floor-based and layered for accessibility, making Yin yoga suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Sound Bath: Transition into an immersive sound journey with Solfeggio Frequencies, a unique form of sound bathing that uses ancient tones to benefit both mind and body. I incorporate crystal singing bowls tuned to Solfeggio frequencies, along with tuned pipes and other beautiful instruments. Let these vibrations calm your mind, bring peace to your being, and uplift your spirit.
- Unwind: This blissful experience will leave you feeling deeply relaxed. Stay afterward for tea and dark chocolate to further absorb your experience and allow the relaxation to continue.
- Benefits of Sound Bathing: Sound healing is a powerful practice involving vibration, resonance, and intention. It has been shown to strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system, slow brain waves, and create profound relaxation.
