A grounding practice that encourages us to stay present in the moment, meditation has many benefits for creative minds. Join us for a weekly meditation session to relax and renew your artistic focus. Each session runs 20–30 minutes. Dress comfortably and bring a mat or blanket.This weekly meditation workshop is free for museum members and SCAD students, faculty, and staff with a valid SCAD Card, and open to the public with the cost of museum admission.
