You’ll be guided through creating a vision board that reflects your intentions, desires, and direction for spring. This is not about artistic skill or perfection — it’s about clarity, feeling, and alignment. You’ll be encouraged to move slowly, listen inward, and choose images and words that resonate with your body and intuition.
🎶 Sound Journey Integration
After creating your vision board, you’ll settle into a soothing sound meditation designed to help your nervous system soften and integrate your intentions. Sound supports regulation by signaling safety to the body, allowing the mind to quiet and the intentions you’ve set to land more deeply.
