“The Sangha can help us remember to come back to the present moment, to touch our own peace, and to see how to undo the difficulty.” — Thich Nhat Hanh
Daylight Savings is almost here! While we might lose an hour of sleep on March 8th, we're gaining so much more light. Join our community for a cozy gathering centered on finding hope and 'light' even when things feel difficult. We’ll share some meditation, great conversation, and—of course—plenty of tea and cookies. We’d love to see you there!
What is Sangha?
While traditionally referring to the Buddhist tradition, a “sangha” can be used to describe any supportive group of practitioners focusing on mindfulness, meditation, or collective peaceful living. It is a time to come together with a like-minded community to share joy, peace, and understanding that nourishes the individual, the community and the world. During our sangha we will meditate, hear a short talk, and then share a conversation about how we can use the teachings of mindfulness meditation to live a more intentional life.
