In this hands-on, heart-centered class, students will explore traditional herbal wisdom and discover how whole plants can be transformed into simple, effective supplements for everyday wellness.Have you wanted to make your own supplements capsules?

No experience Needed! All experience levels welcome!
We will begin with a gentle journey through the history of herbal powders and early encapsulation practices, honoring how healers and folk herbalists preserved plant medicine long before modern times. From there, students will learn why capsules are used, when they are most supportive, and how they can be integrated into a mindful, holistic self-care practice.
Together, we will work with an herb to create nourishing capsules. Emphasis is placed on ethical sourcing, energetic intention, and listening to the wisdom of both the plants and the body.
