With two decades of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, Amber brings a warm, grounded, and trauma-informed approach to her work.
She blends clinical expertise with intuitive healing practices to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. In her workshops, Amber uses creative expression, mindfulness, and energy work to guide participants through deeper self-awareness and transformation.
