The Art of Being

We do not meet ourselves in solitude alone. We meet ourselves in relationships.
Explore how awareness in the body shapes how we show up, relate to others, and lead in everyday life.
Most of us move through life on autopilot—reacting, overthinking, and often feeling disconnected from our bodies and from each other. This retreat is a restorative, science-informed experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and deepen how you relate to yourself and others. Set within the natural beauty and spaciousness of the island, it offers a unique blend of mind-body practices, relational mindfulness, and embodied leadership—without the pressure of a traditional training.
Through guided mind-body practices, movement, and interaction, you will:
Learn simple techniques to calm and regulate your nervous system
Practice being fully present in conversations
Explore how your nervous system shapes how you show up
Move through yoga, breath-based practices, and dance

Lili Gordon, LMT, AHC
Ayurvedic Counselor | Herbalist | Breathwork Facilitator
Lili Gordon is an Ayurvedic health counselor, herbalist, and breathwork facilitator specializing in nervous system regulation for people navigating demanding, high-responsibility lives. She focuses on how the body develops patterns that affect digestion, decision-making, and mental clarity, and how to shift them.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience working with the body and more than a decade running her own practice, her work has evolved from bodywork into movement, breathwork, and a systems-based approach to digestion, energy, and daily rhythms, deepening her understanding of how these patterns form and how they can be changed. Her work is supported by Mental Health First Aid certification, ongoing study in functional medicine, and a trauma-aware approach to working with clients.
Direct and practical, Lili helps clients reduce overwhelm, think more clearly, and feel more in control of how they respond to the demands of everyday life.
