About this Event
The SBA’s Office of the National Ombudsman empowers small entities by addressing concerns of uneven and excessive federal regulatory enforcement. Joining the Ombudsman at this Lawfare and Regulatory Reform Hearing in Portsmouth, NH will be the SBA’s Office of Advocacy and a variety of other federal partners to hear from Portsmouth Naval Shipyard’s New Hampshire supplier and marine trades base.
The session is part of a nationwide initiative to amplify the voices of small businesses and members of the government contracting community to revise the regulatory landscape. We value your input and collaboration in crafting meaningful solutions to regulatory challenges facing this industry.
During this session we would like to hear about your experiences with contract administration and delayed payment, CMMC and DFARS flow-down, IRS penalty assessment and levy, OSHA shipyard employment, and guidance issued with a rulemaking record.
