The Art of Being: A Cacao & Sound Immersion

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join Gizelle Renee from I AM BEING for a deeply nourishing experience of cacao, connection and sound at Silk Mill Studios, in the heart of Frome.

Guests will share ceremonial cacao before journeying inwards through guided meditation, conscious breathwork and meaningful conversation.


The experience will finish with an immersive sound bath using alchemy crystal bowls, chimes and other healing instruments. A chance to relax, let go and reconnect with yourself.


Everything is provided, including yoga mats, cushions, blankets and eye masks. Simply arrive as you are and leave feeling grounded, nourished and more connected to yourself, to others and to the present moment.
