Im inviting you to step out of the busy-ness and noise for an hour on Wednesday 21st October....

to lie down and take an hour to yourself.....

to give your body, your mind and your spirit an hour of deep peace and real rest.

Join me at St Bart's Church Hall on Wed 21st October , 7.30-8.30 for a gongbath to help reset your nervous system and help you get through the week beautifully.

Expect gongs, crystal bowls,, Ocean drum, chimes and voice - all skillfgully woven together to create a deep, safe journey into frequency and rest.

All you need to do is bring yourself, a mat to lie on, a cushion for your head and ablanket to keep you cosy.
