A HANDS-ON CLASSDiscover how sound and vibration can become powerful tools for healing, balance, and transformation in your daily life. This class goes beyond simply experiencing sound -- it teaches you how to confidently use sound healing techniques yourself!
With guidance from a Master Sound Healing Practitioner and Instructor, you will explore the foundations of sound healing, resonance, entrainment, chakras, and the energy body. You’ll also practice with tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and drums, gaining the confidence to use them at home for yourself and loved ones. Together we’ll look at how emotions become “stuck” in the body, and how sound can shift and release them, while adding somatic practices that deepen awareness and transformation.
Along the way, you’ll experience the many benefits of sound healing: reducing stress, promoting deep relaxation, restoring balance, strengthening intuitive connection, and bringing greater clarity and harmony to your daily life. Each class blends knowledge, demonstration, and hands-on practice, ensuring you leave with both understanding and practical tools you can use right away. With Becky Moriarty.
