Start your day the 8 O’Clockers' way...

Once a month, a group of men meet in Kendal at 8am for a simple walk and chat. There's no agenda and no pressure. Just the chance to stretch your legs, breathe in some fresh air, and enjoy good company before the day begins.

Whether you’re a home worker, freelancer, flexi-worker, or somewhere in between, The 8 O’Clockers is for you. It’s not about business cards, pitches or forced chat — it’s about connecting.

Sometimes that means swapping stories or tips, and sometimes it’s just walking quietly side by side in nature.

What to expect:

• A refreshing nature-based start to your day
• Friendly company without pressure or expectation
• Time to connect with other men in a relaxed, open way
• Optional coffee afterwards at No Hands Rest

Walking together makes conversation flow more easily. Often, that’s enough to spark the kind of connections and insights we've witnessed so often at Future Fixers whenever we bring people together in the beautiful outdoors.

This is a donations-based event. We suggest £7, but please pay what feels right for you.
