Bump Start is a FREE weekly group for expectant parents to connect with each other and build their village. We have a themed discussion and guest speaker each week to support you through your pregnancy, birth and transition to parenthood.
This week we will be joined by Sharon and Kay from South Lakeland Family Hub.
South Lakeland Family Hub is a new service provided by Westmorland & Furness Council. This service replaces the Children's Centres formerly run by Action for Children.
During this session, Sharon and Kay will tell you about the services they offer at the Family Hub. They will share some information about how your baby's brain develops. You will also get tips for bonding with your bump and preparing for life as a new parent.
