Come have a fun cooking party workshop! We'll greet you with a warm welcome at our mountain-top retreat which, wherever you look, has views and picturesque vignettes. Award-winning Chef Ted will then lead a hands-on pizza and calzone-making class.
You’ll learn how to:
- make fresh pizza dough
- make shells for later use
- treat toppings
- make sauce
- make a calzone
- grill a pizza, weather permitting

- Gluten-free option available with advance notice
- Also good for children four years of age or older
