For the ladies in their well-being era, this is for you 🌱

The Greenhouse Theory presents Worship & Wellness: a space to move your body, quiet some of the noise and make room for God.

We believe growth happens in the right conditions, and caring for ourselves means paying attention to the whole person God created. Our bodies, minds and spiritual lives aren’t completely separate from one another, and sometimes what we need is simply enough space to slow down, reconnect and receive.

So many of us are used to pouring into our work, families, friendships, ministries and responsibilities, while leaving very little capacity for ourselves. Then we wonder why we feel overstimulated, exhausted or like everything suddenly feels heavier than it normally would 😭

We don’t believe rest is a distraction from what God has called us to do. Sometimes rest is part of how we steward ourselves well. Creating space to pause, reset and care for our bodies can help us approach the things God has given us from a place of greater peace and presence, rather than constantly running on empty.

That’s what we want The Greenhouse to be: somewhere you can come as you are, exhale a little and intentionally pour some time back into yourself without guilt. 🌿

We’ll begin with an intentional mat Pilates class, followed by worship and prayer, before slowing things down with a guided meditation and gentle somatic practices designed to help you become more aware of your body, settle and create a little more internal space.

There’ll also be games, refreshments and plenty of opportunity to meet and connect with the women around you.

No performing. No pressure. Just space to move, rest, connect and make room for God. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌺

Photos and videos will be captured during the event for social media. If you would prefer not to be included, simply let us know when you arrive and we’ll make sure you’re kept out of shot.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable, so do make sure you’re able to attend before booking. If something unexpected comes up, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. 🌱
