🌿 Tending Grief & Garden – A Mini Day Retreat
Sunday 12th October | The Goosebarn
A soft day of presence, care, and tending — both to the earth and to the grief we carry.
We’ll begin with a wild tea and check in before quiet gentle gardening, then spend time sharing food and tea, and sit in a grief circle held by Joanna Connor — a space for honest reflection, quiet company, and whatever needs to be spoken or simply felt.
You are welcome exactly as you are. No pressure to speak. No need to explain.
The Flow
10:30–11:00 Check in and wild tea
11:00-12:30 – Gardening as medicine
12:30–13:30 – Shared lunch (soup, cake, tea)
14:00–16:00 – Grief Circle with Joanna
Suggested Contribution: £25–£50
This includes lunch, tea, and the full day’s space-holding.
