We start at 10 a.m each day and there is an option to do the morning until 12.30 p.m or the afternoon starting at 1.30 p.m each day finishes at 4 p.m . Alternatively try a whole day with two tea breaks and lunch we provide the tea and lunch can be brought or bought at the hotel or the Castle Beach cafe.
Over the week we will be practising Forms and Qi Gong exercises that use deep breathing to increase internal energy . There are partner exercises as well to apply the principles of T'ai Chi such as yielding and softness which can be useful in daily life .
Beginners are always welcome .
There is a car park available just give reception your registration number on arrival .
