Spring is the perfect time to start Tai Chi. The days are lengthening, energy is rising, and there's no better moment to shake off the winter and invest in how you feel — body and mind.
This Easter we're bringing our twenty-first annual Cornwall Tai Chi and Qigong course to the beautiful Falmouth Hotel, right on the edge of Castle Beach. Over five days we'll be exploring Tai Chi Forms and Qigong breathing exercises that build and circulate internal energy, leaving you feeling energised, clear-headed and genuinely well. Partner exercises bring the deeper principles of Tai Chi — softness, yielding, awareness — into something you can actually feel and carry into everyday life.
Complete beginners are always welcome, and there's no need to commit to the full week. Each day runs from 10am to 4pm with morning and afternoon sessions available separately, so you can dip in at whatever level suits you.
Tea is provided throughout the day and lunch is available at the hotel or at the nearby Castle Beach café. Parking is on site — just leave your registration number with reception on arrival.
