About this Event

Meeting Point: Suntec City Mall - After Esplanade MRT Exit A (behind Adidas store) - See YouTube Video below for precise directions

Training Objective: 8km/5km paced group run

• 8km at 5min/km, 5:30min/km, 6min/km and 6:30min/km
• 5 km or 6km at Happy Pace (7 - 7:30min/km)

In the event of change or cancellation (due to adverse weather), we will notify everyone an hour before the start of the event via Telegram.
