Join us for a deeply transformative experience as we come together for a sacred Temazcal sweat lodge ceremony. Led by Awen Kimays, this ancient ritual offers participants an opportunity for purification, healing, and spiritual renewal.The Temazcal, or sweat lodge, is a traditional ceremony that involves entering a dome-shaped structure heated with hot stones. Within the intimate space, participants engage in prayers, chants, and introspection while experiencing the cleansing properties of steam and heat.
During the ceremony, we will honor the four elements – earth, water, fire, and air – as we connect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world around us. Through this journey, participants may find release from physical tension, emotional burdens, and mental stress, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and aligned.
Please come prepared with suitable clothing, a towel, water, and an open heart. All are welcome to participate in this sacred and inclusive ceremony, regardless of experience level.
