Awakening the Wild- Sound Journey

Weaving together the grounding tones of earthy drones, crystal singing bowls, shamanic flute melodies and ethereal vocals, Aria creates soundscapes that will guide you back into connection with your heart, nature and the wildness within you.

Held in the beautiful Kula Yoga Studios, you will be guided on a shamanic journey into the depths of the earth, discovering and reclaiming lost parts of self, reconnecting to the voice of your heart and finding deep relaxation in the body.

Yoga mats, eye pillows and blankets are provided. Bring water and any other cosy layers to make yourself comfy.
