Cornwalls Most Powerful Static Beast is a push pull day which will be made up of 3 mini comps going on the same day. If you are a big bench presser you can compete for the title of Cornwalls Most Powerful bench presser !
If you are a big deadlifter then you can compete for Cornwalls Most Powerful deadlifter ! You do not have to enter both you can choose to bench only or deadlift only. If you wish to do both then the man or woman with the biggest combined total is Cornwalls Most Powerful Static Beast !!
Weight classes are woman’s u80kg and over 80kg
Men’s under 100kg and over 100kg
Strongman Rules NOT powerlifting!
Suits , straps , sleeves & hitching all allowed. As long as the weight moves from point a to point b and finishes with a good lockout it will be considered a rep.

In consideration of being permitted to compete in
"Cornwall's Most Powerful Man," and /or any other competition held by Cornwall's Most Powerful Man I recognize and agree that:
The risk of injury from activities involved in this competition is significant, including but not limited to serious physical injury, muscle or skeletal injury, permanent paralysis, possible impairment to general health and even death.
I knowingly and freely hold all responsibility for any injury that may occur during participation in the above competitions.
I acknowledge that I am in good physical state and in fit health to participate and do not know of any conditions or reasons that I should not take part in the above competitions.
I acknowledge that the events and weights listed in the competition I have entered are within my ability.
I further agree and hold Cornwall's Most Powerful Man blameless for all claims and liability of any kind, including injury, illness and death which may result in consequence of participating in any competitions organised by Cornwall's Most Powerful Man. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all of the above when paying for any competition organised by Cornwall's Most Powerful Man whether by bank transaction, card payment, or cash.
