Calling all creative teens! Join us for Teens Drop-In Sculpting, an open studio clay session where imagination takes the lead. Whether you want to sculpt an animal, character, bowl, trinket dish, mythical creature, or create something completely unique, this is your chance to bring your ideas to life with clay!
This relaxed, artist-guided session encourages creativity and exploration while giving teens the freedom to design and sculpt at their own pace. Our professional artists will be available throughout the workshop to offer tips, techniques, and guidance whenever needed.
No experience is necessary—just bring your imagination and we'll provide the rest!
Workshop Details
📅 Date: Thursday, September 24
🕓 Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
📍 Location: Kamloops Art Party
👤 Age Range: 12–17
🎟️ Tickets: $45 + GST per participant
What's Included
🧱 500 grams of premium pottery clay
🛠️ Use of professional sculpting tools
📦 Storage of your creation while it dries
🔥 First kiln firing
🎨 Professional artist guidance throughout the workshop
✨ Complimentary drop-in glazing session
🔥 Second kiln firing after glazing
Your complimentary glazing session can be booked during our regular public drop-in hours (after you have been notified that the 1st firing has been complete):
🕒 Fridays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🕛 Saturdays & Sundays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
During your glazing session, you'll paint your finished sculpture before we complete its final firing, creating a beautiful keepsake you'll treasure for years to come.
